CloudPay Mobile is neither. The platform is built and operated by HMS — an active acquirer/ISO — which means processing, underwriting, and merchant servicing are already in place. The product on top is modern: Tap to Pay on iPhone and Android via PaymentCore, hosted payment links, recurring billing, and a unified dashboard.
