Virtual Terminal is the browser-based payment surface inside the CloudPay Mobile dashboard. Process phone orders, charge a saved card, generate a one-off payment link, or run remote billing — all without leaving your browser. Same gateway, same reporting, same customer records as in-person sales.

None of these need a phone or a tablet — they need a keyboard and a browser. Virtual Terminal is the same payment engine as the mobile app, surfaced as a web interface for back-office workflows.
Open your dashboard, click Virtual Terminal, enter the amount and card details (or pick a saved card from a customer’s profile), and process the sale. The transaction shows up in your reports immediately, attributed to the staff member who ran it, with the same status tracking and refund/void flows as any other sale.
What You Can Do From the Browser
Manual Card Entry
Enter card details into a tokenized form for phone orders or remote billing. Card data never persists in your system — capture flows through the same gateway tokenization (CollectJS for NMI, FTD for Dejavoo) as the mobile app.
Charge a Saved Card
Pull up a customer profile, pick a card on file, charge it. Useful for repeat clients, deposit-then-balance flows, or back-office account billing.
Generate Payment Links
From the same browser session, generate a payment link to send instead of charging directly. Useful when the customer wants to enter their own card or pay later.
Staff-Attributed Transactions
Every Virtual Terminal sale is logged with the staff member who processed it. Useful for accountability, tip allocation, and dispute investigation.
