Add a customer in seconds with the Add Customer dialog (US-formatted phone, full address with Google Places autocomplete). Or attach a customer to a sale at the Charge screen and the profile is created on the fly. Either way, every future transaction lands in the right file, and lifetime spend, transaction count, and saved cards stay current automatically.
What Each Profile Captures
Contact and Billing Details
Name, email, phone (formatted for US display), and full billing address — street, city, state, ZIP, country. Address autocomplete via Google Places fills the city/state/ZIP block in one tap.
Live Transaction History
Every transaction tied to the customer appears on their profile, sorted newest-first. Lifetime spend and transaction count are computed live, not cached, so the numbers are always accurate.
Saved Cards (Card on File)
Customers can have one or more saved payment methods. Cards are tokenized through your gateway (NMI or Dejavoo) — sensitive numbers never touch your system. Set defaults, view masked card brand and last 4, delete with one tap.
